Vehicle Struck by a Train Early Thursday Morning | HPD Theft Reports
Henderson, KY 2/3/22- Just after 1AM Thursday morning emergency responders were called to the area of the Washington Street railroad crossing for the report of a vehicle being truck by a train with possible injuries.
Henderson Police and Fire arrived on scene reporting the struck vehicle was down the tracks with one person trapped inside the vehicle. According to police, the vehicle was stuck in the railroad crossing facing West, struck by a train traveling North.
Henderson Fire Department was able to extricate the driver within minutes and transported them to a Deaconess EMS ambulance. EMS ambulance personnel treated and transported the driver to a local medical facility. The current condition of the driver is unknown.

Henderson, KY 2/2/22- Henderson Police were called to the 1900 block of Brenda Drive on Wednesday for the report of a stolen maroon Kia Sportage displaying Kentucky license plate BSCS00. Officers say the vehicle was stolen while it was being warmed up. Henderson, KY 1/31/22- On Monday, Henderson Police were called to the report of a theft in the 1400 block of Cumnock Street.
According to the report, Officers were made aware from the home owner that all copper lines, wires, and plumbing were cut out of the residence within the last couple weeks. Investigating officers report that it appears there is an estimated $15,000 in damages and repairs.

Henderson, KY 1/31/22- Monday morning police were called to the Bridges Golf Course of Henderson Maintenance Building in the 800 block of Constanza Drive for the report that someone entered the maintenance building and stole several items valued at U/$500.
Officers report the incident occurred sometime between 7:40PM and 8PM on Monday 1/24/22. The investigation is continuing at the Henderson Police Department. Henderson, KY 1/30/22- Just after 3PM on Sunday, the Henderson Police Department responded to an address in the 400 block of 1st Street in reference to the report of a burglary that allegedly occurred in the early morning hours on Sunday. No other information provided on this call.
