Two Arrested at WARM Center on Drug Charges/ Another Cited
Henderson, KY 8/13/21- Detectives with the Pennyrile Narcotics Task Force – Probation & Parole, members of the Warm Center staff assisted by deputies of the Henderson County Sheriff’s Office conducted a drug/ narcotics investigation at the Warm Center in the first block on McKinley Street in Henderson on Friday.
According to detectives, during the investigation involving Paul Beverly (30) and Chasity Poe (40), detectives seized an amount of Suboxone (Schedule III narcotics), along with an amount of suspected Marijuana and bottles of Kratom inside the residence.

Paul Beverly was arrested and charged for:
- POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 2ND (Schedule III Suboxone)
- POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA.
- POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA.
Paul Beverly’s girlfriend, Chasity Poe, was cited to court on charges of:
- POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA
- POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA.
During the on-going investigation at the residence of Ruth Allen, 40 of Henderson, investigators located an amount of Schedule II pills identified as Morphine 15 mg.

Ruth Ann Allen was arrested and charged for:
- POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST. (OPIATES – Morphine) Schedule II
- PRESCRIPTION NOT IN ORIGINAL CONTAINER.
Paul Beverly and Ruth Allen were transported and lodged in the Henderson County Detention Center with out incidence.
This is an on-going investigation with additional arrest and charges forth coming.
