Two Arrested After Under Cover ‘Drug Buy’ Bust
Henderson, Ky 4/24/21- Saturday afternoon the Pennyrile Narcotics Task Force (PNTF) and the Henderson County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) conducted a joint Methamphetamine drug trafficking investigation on Kelli Bilderback (33) and Robert Neal Greenwell (33) both of Evansville.
According to the police report, Bilderback and Greenwell made contact with an under cover source on Friday (04-23-2021) in a gas station parking lot on Hwy 41 North in Henderson. During the meeting, Greenwell fronted the under cover source with a ½ gram of Methamphetamine as a sample of the product which led to a controlled meth buy bust on Saturday afternoon in the 3300 block of Hwy 41 North.
Detectives with the PNTF and HCSO Deputies conducted surveillance on the drug transaction with Bilderback and Greenwell in a parking lot on Hwy 41 North. After the drug exchange was finished, Detectives and Deputies approached the gray 2005 Mazda that Bilderback and Greenwell were driving, arresting both subjects.
Once in custody, detectives say they located and seized a fully loaded Nickel Thompson Auto-Ordinance .45 Caliber Semi-Automatic Pistol in the driver side floor board, suspected crystal Methamphetamine, and approximately 3 grams of suspected Marijuana and boxes of Marijuana cartridges. Detectives located a set of digital gram scales, a suspected Marijuana pipe with burnt residue, cash money, as well as other drug paraphernalia.
Bilderback and Greenwell were both arrested with hand gun enhanced charges for the following:
- TRAFFICKING CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST. METH. > 2 GRAMS
- TRAFFICKING CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST. METH < 2 GRAMS
Greenwell was additionally charged with enhanced hand gun charges for:
- POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST METH
- POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA
- POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA
Bilderback and Greenwell were both transported and lodged in the Henderson County Detention Center with out incident and without a Bond.
