Traffic Stop Leads to a List of Charges
Henderson KY 10/24/21- Henderson Police Officers made a traffic stop on a blue car in the 1000 block of Pringle Street on Sunday for a traffic violation.
According to the press release, Officers reported smelling an odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. During the traffic stop officers were able to locate two pipes containing residue, a small bag of white substance believed to be methamphetamine, a clear vile containing a crystal substance believed to be methamphetamine, and a bag containing marijuana. The driver, Timothy Holloway, admitted to police the substances was his.
Holloway was arrested and charged for:
- No Registration plates,
- Failure to Produce Insurance Card,
- Possession of Drug Paraphernelia,
- Possession of Controlled Substance (1st Degree) (Methamphetamine),
- Possession of Marijuana,
- Operating on Suspended Operators License,
- Outstanding warrant
Holloway was transported and lodged at the Henderson County Detention Center.
