Stabbing Victim Walks Into Emergency Room | One Man Arrested
Henderson KY 3/27/22- On Sunday, Officers with the Henderson Police Department were dispatched to Deaconess Hospital Henderson in reference to the report of a man who had walked into the Emergency Room with multiple stab wounds.
According to Detective John Nevels with the Henderson Police Department, the victim walked in to the E.R. saying he was at a residence on Barnett Drive when he was stabbed numerous times allegedly by a man named Zachary Martin, 33 of Henderson. Nevels says a short time later Martin was located at the residence on Barnett Drive and taken into custody.
Martin was arrested and transported to the Henderson Detention Center where he was booked and charged for:
- Assault, 1st Degree
The investigation is continuing and anyone with information is asked to call the Henderson Police Department’s Investigations Division.
