PURSUIT: 2 Arrested on Henderson Warrants in Union County
UNIONTOWN, KY 6/9/21- A Union County Sheriff’s Office deputy was conducting random patrol in the Uniontown area just after midnight Wednesday, when a Clinton Caldwell pulled up beside the deputy and then took off at a high rate of speed after the deputy instructed Caldwell to stop.

Deputies were familiar with Caldwell from a prior police pursuit and knew he was wanted out of Henderson County and was in possession of a suspended driver’s license.
A short police pursuit took place before Caldwell was taken into custody. Clinton Caldwell of Uniontown and Jessica Summers of Henderson were arrested at Upper Main and Monroe Street in Uniontown. The passenger Jessica Summers, of Henderson, was wanted out of Henderson County for failing to appear on previous criminal charges.

In addition to the Henderson County warrant, Caldwell will face the following additional charges:
- Fleeing or Evading Police, 1st (Motor Vehicle)
- Operating on Suspended Operators License
- Possession of Controlled Substance 1st (Methamphetamine)
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Summers was charged with only the Henderson County warrants.
