Overdose Investigations lead to Search Warrant; ARREST
Henderson, KY 1/14/2023 – Last Saturday, members of the Henderson Police Department, Henderson County Sheriff’s Office, and Kentucky State Police Drug Enforcement Unit executed a search warrant in the 600 block of 9th Place in Henderson.
According to officials, the search warrant was a result of information obtained during the investigations into the recent overdoses in Henderson County. During the search, Detectives found suspected Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, multiple pills, Marijuana, and a stolen .380 handgun.
As a result of the search, Bart B. Rager, 43 of Henderson, was arrested and charged for the following charges:
- Trafficking in Controlled Substance 1st Degree 2nd Offense – Carfentanil or Fentanyl Derivative,
- Trafficking in Controlled Substance 1st Degree – less than 2 grams of Methamphetamine,
- Possession of Handgun by a Convicted Felon,
- Receiving Stolen Property – Firearm,
- Trafficking in Controlled Substance 3rd Degree, and Possession of Marijuana.
Bart B. Rager was lodged at the Henderson County Detention Center.
