One Arrested After Report of Drug Activity
Henderson, KY 1/28/22- Wednesday night Henderson Police Officers were called to the Holiday Motel on South Green Street in reference to reported drug activity.
According to officers, after arriving on scene, drug paraphernalia with suspected methamphetamine was visible inside a vehicle parked outside room 111. After a knock on the door, Billy Wilson, 41 of Morganfield, was located inside the room and told investigating officers the vehicle in question was indeed his vehicle.
Once the vehicle owner was confirmed, inside the vehicle, officers located drug paraphernalia and a white crystal substance which field tested positive for methamphetamine. Wilson was arrested and charged for:
- Possession of Controlled Substance (1st Degree) (Methamphetamine)
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
After searching the vehicle, Wilson was transported and lodged at the Henderson County Detention Center.
