Man Evades Police on a Traffic Stop, Female Arrested
Henderson, KY 1/13/22- The Henderson Police are looking for one man after officers say he fled from a traffic stop on Tuesday night.
According to the report, officers conducted a traffic stop on a blue Chevrolet Blazer in the 1700 block of South Green Street for failure to illuminate head lamps. Officers reported the driver, later said to be Mark Fambrough, 42 of Henderson, fled the traffic stop on foot into the Fast Fuel parking lot where officers were unable to locate him.
Fambrough’s passenger, Ali Wing, 28 of Waverly, was taken into custody, arrested on some unrelated warrants. Deputy jailers located drug paraphernalia, a container with a white crystal substance Wing identified as Methamphetamine, and a container with a brown/orange powder Wing identified as Suboxone.

Ali Wing was lodge at the Henderson County Detention Center and further charged for:
- Promoting Contraband (1st Degree),
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia,
- Possession of Controlled Substance (2nd Degree),
- Possession of Controlled Substance (1st Degree) (Methamphetamine)
During the traffic stop, inside the vehicle officers observed drug paraphernalia and located a glass pipe with suspected Methamphetamine inside. The Henderson Police Department is seeking charges on Mark Fambrough for:
- Failure to Illuminate Head Lamps,
- Improper Registration,
- No Registration,
- Failure to Produce an Insurance Card,
- Operating on a Suspended License,
- Fleeing or Evading Police (2nd Degree) (on Foot),
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia,
- Possession of Controlled Substance (1st Degree) (Methamphetamine).
