Man Arrested After Fleeing Traffic Stop

Henderson, Ky 8/1/21– Henderson Police Officers attempted to make a traffic stop Sunday morning on a black Nissan SUV, but as soon as officers attempted to stop the vehicle, it fled.

According to the report, officers were able to locate the vehicle and driver, identified as Justin Tillman, in the 1700 block of North Green Street. Police say Tillman was found to have two active warrants and was arrested for them.

After Tillman was taken into custody, officers were searching Tillman and his belongings when they located a black Nissan bag containing multiple baggies of a green leafy substance suspected to be synthetic marijuana.
