Leaving the Scene of an Accident | Theft Report

Henderson, KY 9/10/21- Just before 6PM Friday evening emergency responders were called to the 1600 block of South Green Street in reference to a rollover accident with possible injuries.

When responders arrived on scene, Officers were unable to locate the driver of a vehicle involved. The missing driver of a 2009 Saturn passenger car was Joseph Winnett, 31 of Henderson, who was located later in the evening by Henderson Police Department officers. Winnett was cited for:

Operating on a Suspended License
Failure to Produce an Insurance Card.

Due to lack of information provided, it is unknown if anyone was injured in this accident or if anyone else was involved.

Henderson, KY 9/9/21- According to a report taken by the Henderson Police Department on Thursday morning, an employee with Knights Construction and Excavating advised someone stole a 16 foot utility trailer along with construction tools from a job site sometime over night. The items were stolen from the 3000 block of Green River Road.
