HPD: Several Reports of Overnight Vandalism

Henderson, KY 7/22/21- The Henderson Police Department was called to the area of Letcher Street near Washington Street in reference to the report of vandalism just after 6AM Thursday morning.

According to the report, an employee at Golden Glaze Bakery, in the 1300 block of Washington, reported vehicles and homes being spray painted in the area. Investigating officers say two vehicles were spray painted with racial slurs, keyed and damaged.

The vinyl siding on a home in the 1300 block of Washington Street had been spray painted, along with the front doors and siding on homes in the 100 block of Letcher Street, with racial slurs.
