HPD: Possession, Burglary, Theft and more..

Henderson, Ky 5/12/21- Henderson Police Officers located 2 individuals around 2AM Wednesday morning in an alley near the 1400 block of Loeb Street.

According to the release, officers approached the individuals and the male subject gave the name of Marshall James James. Officers and the 911 dispatch center were unable to confirm any information on the name originally given.

HPD says, after continual investigation, officers were finally able to confirm the identity of the person was actually Raymond Mack.

During an arrest search, officers located suspected methamphetamine on Raymond. Inside a bag Raymond had in his possession, officers also located a glass smoking pipe.

Raymond was arrested and transported to the Henderson County Detention Center for the following charges: 

  • Possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine),
  • Drug Paraphernalia – Buy/Possess,
  • Giving Officer False Identifying Information,
  • Fraud Use Of Credit Card $500 < $10,000,
  • Parole Violation Warrant.

Henderson, Ky 5/10/21- Henderson Police took a report on an auto theft Monday afternoon. The victim told officers that his white 2002 Chrysler Concorde LX, Indiana License Plate PBA309, was stolen at one of the hotels in Henderson.

Henderson, KY 5/11/21- Officers with the Henderson Police Department took a report on Tuesday on the theft of a vehicle registration plate.

According to police, the victim stated her vehicle was at Ewing Tire when the theft occurred. The stolen plate is a Kentucky license plate BAX107. The theft allegedly occurred between 5/10/21 at 5PM and 5/11/21 at 7:30AM on the property of Ewing Tire at 642 N Green Street. 

At this time this case is still under investigation and no arrests have been made.

Henderson, Ky 5/8/21- Henderson Police are investigating a residential burglary after an unknown suspect broke into a residence in the 1100 block of Helm Street.

Police say the incident occurred on Saturday and say that items inside the residence were damaged and stolen.

According to the owner, the value of items damaged and stolen totaled more than $500.

Henderson, KY 5/12/21- Henderson Police report that someone stole a black 2007 Ford F-150 from Superior Auto on Wednesday. Police say the incident occurred just before 1PM in the 2600 block of US Highway 41 North and that the investigation is ongoing.
