HPD Arrests Man Found Slumped Over Steering Wheel

Henderson, KY 3/24/21- Just before 9AM this morning, the Henderson Police Department responded to the 1500 block of S. Green Street for a man being slumped over the steering wheel of his vehicle, while the vehicle was still running.

When officers arrived on scene they located David Snodgrass, 35 of Henderson, behind the wheel of a Mazda in the parking lot of Henderson Pet’s. Snodgrass was arrested and charged for:

  • operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/ substances (3rd offense);
  • resisting arrest;
  • terroristic threatening (3rd degree);
  • disorderly conduct (2nd degree);
  • possession of marijuana;
  • possession of meth;
  • possession of drug paraphernalia;
  • possession of an open alcoholic beverage container.

Snodgrass was transported and lodged at Henderson County Detention Center. The Henderson Police Department is still investigating the case.
