Drug Trafficker Used UBER Driver to Deliver Drugs to Henderson
Henderson, KY 12/22/21- Just after 2PM on Wednesday, Detectives with the Pennyrile Narcotics Task Force (PNTF) and Deputies with the Henderson Sheriff’s Office conducting an illegal drug trafficking investigation of drugs coming in from southern Evansville into the Henderson, Webster and Union County area.
Detectives obtained information that a shipment of LSD, Marijuana and Ketamine Schedule III would be coming to Henderson. The tip informed detectives that the drugs were being brought to a parking lot located in the 3300 block of U.S. Hwy 41 North. Detectives arranged for the drugs to be delivered to an under cover source where detectives and deputies were able to conduct surveillance.

Detectives and deputies observed a Rahzel Laurence Parker (aka Roz), 25 of Evansville, exit a vehicle which was determined to be owned by an UBER driver. Parker was taken into custody and during the on-going investigation, detectives located a prescription bottle containing over a quarter ounce of suspected Ketamine Powder and a page containing 200 LSD Dots (Dose Units) and an amount of U.S. currency.
According to detectives, the street value of the confiscated drugs was approximately $4,000.00.
Rahzel Laurence Parker was arrested and charged for:
- TRAFFICKING IN A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (1ST DEGREE) (1ST OFFENSE) (LSD),
- TRAFFICKING IN A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (2ND DEGREE) (ANABOLIC STEROID) (KETAMINE SCHED. III)
Parker was transported and lodged in the Henderson County Detention Center without incident. The Henderson County Sheriff Deputy’s and their K-9 Unit, along with the Providence Police Department assisted with this on-going drug investigation along side of the PNTF and Ohio County Sheriff’s K-9 Unit.
