Drug Dealer’s Delivery Doesn’t Arrive
Henderson, KY 12/15/21- Police received a tip which lead the Pennyrile Narcotics Task Force (PNTF) and Henderson County Sheriff Deputies to the 3300 block of US Highway 41 North on Tuesday.
PNTF Detectives say they received information that Tyrell Culley, 23 of Evansville, was going to be attempting to deliver a large amount of illegal drugs containing suspected Fentanyl and high grade Marijuana into Henderson from Evansville. A joint investigation with the Henderson Sheriff’s Office, the Providence Police Department and the PNTF uncovered information that Culley was allegedly going to be delivering (100) Percoset 30’s, (900) Ecstasy pills and approximately (1) pound of suspected high grade Marijuana.

Detectives were able to locate Culley in a parking lot exiting his vehicle when they approached him and made contact. During the arrest, detectives located approximately ½ pound of high grade Marijuana in a heat sealed package along with the two packages of pills of suspected Fentanyl and over $2,000.00 U.S. currency.

Tyrell Culley was arrested and charged for:
- TRAFFICKING CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE IST,> 10 D.U. OPIATES Suspected Fentanyl
- IMPORTING CARFENTANIL, FENTANYL Or FENTANYL DERIVATIVES.
- TRAFFICKING IN MARJUANA (8 0Z TO <S LBS)
Tyrell Culley was transported and lodged in the Henderson County Detention Center under a No Bond order.
