ARRESTED: Suspect Who Fled From 425 Collision Arrested Tuesday in Robards

Henderson, KY 7/19/22- At 2:30PM Tuesday afternoon, the Henderson Police Department announced that Barry Lee Harper has been located at a family member’s residence in Robards and arrested on a warrant for Leaving the Scene of an Accident Failure to Render Aid – Serious Injury. Mr. Harper was transported and lodged at Henderson County Detention Center.

Friday, just before 8AM, the Henderson Police and Fire Department was called to the intersection of KY 425 and Old Corydon Rd. in reference to a fatal collision between a Dodge van and a Kawasaki motorcycle. Mr. Harper was identified as the suspect who fled from the scene. The investigation is still ongoing.
