Sturgis, Ky. 7/15/21– The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) wants to remind motorists in the area to be alert for thousands of motorcycles and other vehicles making their way to the 2021 Sturgis Kentucky Biker Rally this weekend.
Officials say the rally creates heavy traffic along U.S. 60 in the Sturgis, KY, area and along other routes leading to the rally site at the Union County Fairgrounds. U.S. 60 West from Henderson through Corydon will see lots of this traffic.
Motorists are reminded to be alert for motorcycles along area backroads this weekend as the rally includes several poker runs and other fundraisers and as always “Share the Road”.
