Shots Fired at Home on Helm St

Henderson, KY 7/29/21- Just after midnight Thursday, the Henderson Police Department was called to the 1200 block of Helm Street in reference to the report of a window being shot out of a residence.

Investigating officers arrived on scene and discovered two bullet holes in the siding of the residence and one in the window. Police say numerous bullet holes were located inside the residence as well.

After further investigation, one of the bullets carried all the way through the residence and struck the neighboring house. Officers were able to locate fresh handgun casings in the grass near the home.
