HENDERSON, KY 3/15/21– Trash collection in the City of Henderson and services at the landfill/transfer station will be operating on a different schedule in the week leading up to Easter.
In observance of Good Friday, there will be no trash collection on Friday, April 2, according to Sanitation Superintendent David Steele. The normal Friday routes will be collected with the Thursday collection. If you are normally scheduled for Friday collection, have your trash set out by 6 a.m. Thursday.
The landfill/transfer station also will be closed on Friday, April 2. It will reopen for normal operations at 7 a.m., on Saturday, April 3.
