Henderson, Ky 6/3/21- You can run, but you can’t hide forever. The Pennyrile Narcotics Task Force (PNTF) Detectives along with the Union County Sheriff’s Office executed multiple drug trafficking warrants on Randy Joe Hardrick, 59 of Henderson, in Morganfield Thursday afternoon.
According to detectives, on March 25th of this year, detectives with the PNTF and Henderson County Sheriff Deputies executed a search warrant on the residence of Hardrick located in the 1800 block of Old Madisonville Road in Henderson. During the investigation and search of the residence, detectives report seizing approximately 1/2 pound of suspected Methamphetamine, over $3,000.00 in U.S. currency, approximately 24 grams of suspected Marijuana, approximately 85 grams of suspected Synthetic Marijuana including numerous other items of drug paraphernalia, multiple drug smoking devices, scales, packaging material along with drug ledgers.
During the arrest on Thursday, Hardrick was taken into custody without incident.
Deputies also report arresting Hardrick’s girlfriend on Thursday, Talisa R. Atkins, 37 of Henderson, on warrants under a No Bond order, where she was charged for:
- PAROLE VIOLATION ABSCONDING Warrant OUT OF Henderson County.
Randy Joe Hardrick was arrested on the warrants for charges of:
- TRAFFICKING CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST. METH > 2 GRAMS.
- TRAFFICKING IN SYNTHETICS DRUGS 1ST.
- POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST. METH >2ND Offense.
- TRAFFICKING IN MARIJUANA < 8 OUNCES.
- POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA.
- POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA.
Hardrick and Atkins were both transported to the Webster County Detention Center and lodged without incident. Hardrick was lodged under a $30,000.00 Full Cash Bond.
Detectives say additional charges are forth coming on Randy Hardrick.
